RECRUITER (Permanent)
Our client, an international manufacturing organization with its US headquarters in WNY, is looking to add a Recruiter to their growing team. This employee will play a critical role in bringing qualified individuals into the company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through interviewing to onboarding of new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a firm understanding of the needs of the department and requirements of the role
- Create detailed job descriptions to post to company website, among other job boards, in order to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize creative sourcing methods to gather candidates for each open role (social media, networking events, college fairs/job boards, etc.)
- Develop positive & productive relationships in the community by connecting with local colleges and organizations to strengthen future pipelines & position the company as a top-employer in WNY
- Prescreen, qualify, and interview candidates, providing company/role information and offering facility tours
- Act as an ambassador of the organization—highlighting a positive company culture and rich history
- Review candidates with hiring managers, offering expert recommendations for qualified candidates to move through the interview/hiring process
- Assist with offer letters, acceptances, and onboarding
- Support hire hires through the onboarding process, ensuring appropriate information is provided and necessary documentation is obtained
- Juggle multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment
- Work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full-time, direct hire
- $70,000 – $85,000 annually depending on experience
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related; Bachelor’s preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in high-volume recruiting—specifically with manufacturing, engineering, sales roles, etc.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees
- Highly confidential
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills, analytical, and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Relocation not availableÂ
