We areĀ seekingĀ a hands-on, detail-orientedāÆHardware Test EngineerāÆto join our New Product TestĀ Engineering, Tools, and Test team. This role is critical in ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of our hardware products through the development and execution of robust testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware testing, compliance standards, and cross-functional collaboration.Ā

What will you do?
- DevelopĀ and documentĀ test procedures, analyze data, and make recommendations based on findings.Ā
- Develop test processes and standards for new and existing products.Ā
- Collaborate with design and development teams to define test requirements and ensure testability ofĀ new designs.Ā
- Characterize the performance of hardware systems and components through structured testing and analysis.Ā
- Coordinate with external test labs and certification bodies for compliance testing (e.g., EMC, safety, environmental).Ā
- Interpret and apply relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL, FCC, CE) to ensure product compliance.Ā
- Design and implement automated and manual test setups, including custom test fixtures and instrumentation.Ā
- Analyze test data,Ā identifyĀ trends or anomalies, and provide clear, actionable feedback to engineering teams. DevelĀ
- Support production teams byĀ consultingĀ andĀ helping to refineĀ test procedures for manufacturing and quality assurance.Ā
- HelpĀ identifyĀ test equipment needs.Ā
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for test failures or field issues.Ā
- MaintainĀ accurateĀ and organized test documentation, including test plans, reports, and change logs.Ā
- Continuously improve test methodologies, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and coverage.Ā

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelorās degree in mechanical engineering,Ā electrical engineering,Ā computer engineering,Ā orĀ related technical field.āÆĀ
- 5+ years of experienceĀ in hardware testing, validation, or compliance engineering.āÆĀ
- Strong understanding of hardware systems, including analog/digital circuits and power systems
- Strong understanding of Fluid flow and thermal systems.
- ProficiencyĀ in analyzing test data and generating technical reports
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience withĀ establishing test procedures andĀ identifyingĀ required equipment.āÆĀ
- Efficient and clear communication skills, both written and oral.

- Experience with automated test systems and scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB).Ā
- Familiarity with environmental and reliability testing (e.g., thermal cycling, vibration, HALT/HASS).Ā
- Knowledge of design for testability (DFT) principles.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).Ā

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
