This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality, quality, and performance while adhering to project timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of new products from concept through production, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to optimize product designs and processes. - Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, integrating findings into product design strategies. - Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports. - Utilize advanced design software and tools to create and test prototypes, ensuring functionality and performance meet established criteria. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product design and development process. - Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve product designs and outcomes.
