About the role:Ā Ā 

As a Service Contracts Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of service agreements and ensuring delivery against customer commitments.Ā Ā  You willĀ work cross-functionally with service, sales and external partners to manageĀ contracts, coordinateĀ service execution and drive a high level of customer experience.Ā Ā 

Ā What Will You Do?Ā 

  • Manage service contracts, warranties and customer entitlements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy and complianceĀ 
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) and service activities with customers and delivery partnersĀ 
  • Track Contact renewals, expirations and extensions: proactively support renewal planningĀ 
  • Prepare and manage time & material (T&M) quotes, including scope validation and partner coordinationĀ 
  • Support RFQ processes and collaborate with external service providers to meet customer requirementsĀ 
  • Review service documentation to ensure work performed aligns with contractual scopeĀ Ā 
  • Validate partner invoices against purchase orders and support the invoicing processĀ 
  • Monitor service delivery performance to ensure on time execution and SLA adherenceĀ 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and service systemsĀ 

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?Ā 

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field preferredĀ 
  • 2 + years of experience in service coordination, contracts administration, or customer supportĀ 
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Acumatica, SAP, Salesforce) preferredĀ 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesĀ 
  • Excellent communication skills andĀ customer-focused mindsetĀ 
  • High attention to detail with strong problem – solving capabilitiesĀ

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
