Overview

Delaware North is searching for a full-time Transformation Program Analyst to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Buffalo, New York. In this role, you will support enterprise transformation initiatives by working closely with program and project managers to coordinate work, track progress, and help teams adopt change.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with program and project managers to coordinate cross-team project activities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track risks, issues, and action items, and follow up to keep work moving forward
  • Schedule and lead meetings, capture key decisions, and ensure next steps are clear
  • Support change efforts by tracking impacts to teams, processes, and ways of working
  • Help plan and deliver communications, training, and readiness activities
  • Surface and track change and adoption risks across all projects
  • Maintain simple trackers and provide clear updates to project teams and leaders
  • Provide clear, timely updates to project teams and leadership
  • Organize project materials, SharePoint sites, and team content to keep information easy to find

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting projects, programs, or change initiatives
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work in office in Buffalo 4 days per week
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Office or similar collaboration platforms
