SUMMARY:

Join our team at Total Quality Assurance (TQA), a company with over 65 years of Quality Management experience in the automotive industry. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor. We are looking for 1st shift applicants (M-F 6:00am-3:00pm). Overtime is required as needed, Saturdays typically are expected. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various warehouse operations, ensuring the maintenance of company assets, and leading a team to meet their goals. This is a fast-paced, physical role. Starting pay is $30/hr.

Responsibilities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Show up on time and ready to work each day.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Check GM schedule and put inspectors where they are needed on the floor

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform quality inspections

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete inspection sheets

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Turn inspection sheets in at the end of each day

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor and restock cart supplies

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Handle staff issues and report to HR

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure that all materials are returned to designated area at the end of shift

Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and audit inventory daily.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access database.
  • Knowledge of automotive products to perform quality controls.
  • Ability to take direction and train employees
  • Knowledge in various warehouse storage strategies.
  • Forklift experience required
