Job Title: Sign Fabricator

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sign Fabricator to join our fabrication department. This role involves planning and building signs using a variety of materials and tools. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or electrical and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble signs according to specifications
Cut and weld aluminum, steel, and plastics
Use a variety of power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-year experience in sign construction, carpentry, and electrical
Metal fabrication and/or welding experience
Prep and paint various materials
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to read and follow instructions or basic plans
Ability to operate a CNC a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lb. signs regularly
Proficient Using Power tools

Work Environment:

Shop/warehouse setting
Physically active, hands-on work
