Position Overview
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to keep commercial properties looking their best. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Performing landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and planting
- Maintaining clean and safe job sites at all times
- Assisting with loading/unloading equipment and maintaining tools
- Following instructions from Crew Leaders and supporting the crew’s overall efficiency
- Occasionally helping on enhancement or landscape construction projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in commercial landscaping is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Familiarity with landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, string trimmers, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- Reliable transportation to our shop
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for up to 10 hours per day.
- Reporting times can begin as early as 6:00 am.
- Additional hourly pay with a Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:
This role is physically active and outdoors. Expect regular walking, bending, lifting, and use of landscaping tools and equipment throughout the workday.
