What You’ll Do:

• Greet Guests with Joy - Be the first warm welcome they experience.

• Take Accurate Orders - Enter orders quickly and precisely in our POS system.

• Handle Payments with Care - Process cash, card, and digital payments smoothly.

• Keep it Clean & Cozy - Maintain a tidy register area and front-of-house atmosphere.

• Know the Menu - Guide guests with confidence about our delicious offerings.

• Offer a Little Extra - Suggest sides, drinks, or pastries to enhance the meal.

• Solve with a Smile - Address guest concerns with professionalism and kindness.

• Team Player - Support teammates and jump in wherever needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• A positive, upbeat attitude and love for guest service

• Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus - but not required!

This position operates in a restaurant environment. La Madeleine staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
