Pinnacle Custom Signs in Buford, a growing commercial sign company, is currently looking for a reliable, highly motivated, individual for a Customer Support Associate.聽 This position Primary responisibilities include interacting with customers on the phone and in person, getting details of what customers are looking for, and entering sales orders for customers as directed by the sales team.聽 The person must have a can-do attitude and professional demeanor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
路聽 聽 聽 聽Answer incoming phone calls from customers and either answering questions or passing information onto the appropriate sales person.
路聽 聽 聽 聽For repeat customers, cloning and entering orders for standard products..
路聽 聽 聽 聽Meeting with walk in customers to determine their needs.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Notify customers of order readiness for pickup and or scheduled installation.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Filing of completed orders paperwork.
路聽 聽 聽 Other duties required by supervisor.
