Job Content: Essential Functions Required for Job

• Coordination of material handling team
• Operative work with team (working supervisor)
• Control of material handling processes to ensure compliance
• Primary contact person for Finish Goods to interface with all departments thru entire shift (phone)
• Responsible to identify and fix critical transportation orders
• Control, coordinate and communicate material handling routes
• 5s within material handling processes and areas
• Ensure employees adhere to company policies 
• Serve as a link between subordinates and upper management
• Ensure availability of workplace resources and equipment
• Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback throughout projects. 
• Responsible for Shift handover communication 
• Responsible for the complete and accurate record keeping of inventory items into and out of the Finish Goods warehouse, bulk storage areas, and other site locations, 
• Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures for warehousing and Repack operations and support of production operations.
• Resolve daily inventory issues by working with production team help resolve cogies when needed 
• Set performance goals and project dedlines and aline with Team Lead for larger plans. 
• Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner. 
• Motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity
