Position Overview
The NPI Manager serves as the central project leader for new product commercialization, partnering with Research & Development, Quality/Food Safety, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to successfully launch new products. This role owns project planning, stage-gate execution, manufacturing readiness, SOP development, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product launches across retail, industrial, and foodservice channels. :contentReference[oaicite:1]index=1

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end product commercialization from concept through launch
• Manage multiple new product introduction projects simultaneously
• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and launch readiness plans
• Drive stage-gate execution and milestone readiness
• Coordinate plant trials, scale-up activities, validation, and commercial launch
• Develop and maintain SOPs supporting product commercialization
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness, equipment needs, and line modifications
• Serve as the central liaison between R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Related Field REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 Years of Product Management, Project Management, or Product Commercialization Experience REQUIRED
• Experience Leading End-to-End Product Commercialization or Product Launch Projects REQUIRED
• Demonstrated Cross-Functional Project Leadership REQUIRED
• Experience in Food Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) REQUIRED
• Experience Managing Plant Trials, Scale-Up, Validation, and Commercial Launch Activities REQUIRED
• Strong Project Planning, Stage-Gate, Risk Management, and Manufacturing Readiness Experience REQUIRED
• Willingness to Travel 10-15% to Manufacturing Facilities REQUIRED
