Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator who will also support our front office operations. What You'll Be Doing (The Role)

As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the crucial bridge between clinical diagnosis, patient financial arrangements, and front desk efficiency:

• Treatment Presentation & Education: Present clear, comprehensive treatment plans to patients, explaining clinical recommendations, procedure steps, co-pays, insurance breakdowns, and flexible payment options.

• Insurance Verification & Breakdowns: Verify dental PPO benefits, request detailed insurance breakdowns, and calculate accurate patient out-of-pocket estimates prior to appointments.

• Front Office Operations Support: Assist with front-desk reception, warmly greet arriving patients, assist with check-in/checkout, answer phone calls, and manage patient inquiries.

• Scheduling Optimization: Confirm and schedule hygiene and restorative appointments strategically in Denticon to keep daily schedules running efficiently.

• Financial Arrangements: Collect co-pays and balances at time of service, set up payment plans, and help patients navigate third-party financing.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2+ years of dental office experience with hands-on exposure to treatment planning, insurance verification, and front office support (Required).

• Dental & Insurance Literacy: Strong grasp of dental terminology, procedure codes, PPO insurance benefit structures, and breakdown collection.

• Software Fluency: Experience with Denticon (or similar dental software like Dentrix or Eaglesoft) is a strong plus.

• Key Attributes: High dependability, strong work ethic, clear communication skills, an empathetic patient-first attitude, and an eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team.
