Job SummaryThe (Field) Service Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of field service engineers who provide technical support, installation, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in field operations.
This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ junior to experienced expert-level roles.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise field service teams and coordinate service activities.
Ensure timely and effective installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Develop customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Provide technical training and support to team members.
Monitor service performance and implement improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 6+ years of relevant work experience are minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
Strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Ability to travel and work in field environments.
