Your Role

Warner Bros. Studio Operations seeks a Sergeant for the Security department.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Supervise Security Officers and Daily Security Guards during a regular shift or perform other supervisory duties as deemed necessary by Security management.
  • May on occasion perform the duties of Acting Watch Commander,
  • Respond to emergencies.
  • Conducts on-the-job-training to familiarize Officers with job duties and responsibilities for the various Security assignments/locations.
  • Conducts roll calls, assist with scheduling of personnel for assigned shifts and be available for employee and client needs.
  • Enforce Security policies and procedures and if necessary, address concerns with employees and document. 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Must have a good working knowledge of the Studio Security/Fire Association union contract and Security Department policies and procedures. 
  • Must have good working knowledge of Security Department operations and Studio operations. 
  • Must be able to communicate and interact effectively at all levels. 
  • Must have demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports relative to Security operations. 
  • Completion of WBSO Security Department Sergeant Training Program, preferred.
  • Position may be assigned to work Day, Swing and Graveyard shift at on or off lot locations based on operational needs.
  • Must be available to work weekends & Holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Guard Card, preferred
