Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly financials; independently manage complex portions of the monthly and year-end close and related audit schedulesÂ
Review, analyze, and resolve intercompany balances and differences with trading partners; drive timely resolution of aged or complex itemsÂ
Prepare and review monthly close deliverables to Corporate, as well as monthly management review decks, with appropriate analysis and commentaryÂ
Own and perform complex general ledger account reconciliations; investigate and resolve reconciling items and unusual fluctuationsÂ
Ensure financial and internal controls are designed, documented, and operating effectively; contribute to the maintenance and improvement of accounting policies and proceduresÂ
Support the Finance Director in the preparation and review of financial statements and key balance sheet reconciliationsÂ
Define and drive financial initiatives in support of overall business goals, including process improvements, standardization, and re-engineering of close activitiesÂ
Proactively review intercompany balances and related processes to improve accuracy, timeliness, and audit readinessÂ
Serve as a key contact for external auditors by preparing audit schedules and responding to audit inquiriesÂ
Provide technical guidanceÂ
Lead or participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned by the Finance Director

Essential Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive accounting experienceÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent a plus)Â
Strong experience with journal entry preparation, month-end close, account reconciliations, analysis, collections, financial reporting, cash receipts, and credit termsÂ
Experience in a multi-entity and intercompany environment preferredÂ
Business Central financial system experience preferredÂ
Advanced Microsoft Excel requiredÂ
Demonstrated ability to follow up proactively and professionallyÂ
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Salary: $75,000-$82,000
