Responsibilities:

As our Bartender Mixologist, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the bar experience for our discerning clientele. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Creating and serving exceptional cocktails that showcase your expertise in mixology.
Developing and experimenting with new cocktail recipes and innovative techniques.
Mastering classic cocktails and ensuring their consistent execution.
Providing guests with an unforgettable experience, offering personalized recommendations, and engaging in lively conversation.
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar etiquette.
Collaborating with the bar team to ensure seamless operations during busy hours.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a skilled Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a renowned cocktail bar or upscale establishment.
Must be available on Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday morning/afternoon
Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients used in mixology.
Demonstrated ability to craft unique and balanced cocktails that leave a lasting impression.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage and interact with guests.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to handle a high-paced environment.
Creativity and a passion for pushing the boundaries of mixology.
Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws and regulations.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays are mandatory.
