Goldin is seeking a Partnerships Cataloger who will own all cataloging and authentication responsibilities for upcoming partnerships and related eBay Live events. This person will be based in our Burbank, CA office and will collaborate with the Operations and Incubation teams at Goldin HQ in New Jersey to ensure all operations run smoothly.
What You Will Accomplish
Serve as the main point of contact for operations related to partnerships
Own all cataloging and authentication partnership consignmentsÂ
Attend eBay Live events to handle inventory movement and other operational needs.
Collaborate with internal Operations, Incubation, and Content teams as needed for events and auctions.
Travel as needed, with weekend availability required.
Work closely with our Photography and Editorial teams to ensure key attributes and value in collections are highlighted.
Collaborate closely with third-party authenticators.
Partner with Consignment Directors and Account Managers to meet auction deadlines and goals.
What You Will Bring
Working knowledge of the collectibles space, with a focus on sports.
At least one year of experience in warehouse or auction operations.
Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and adaptability.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet hard deadlines; overtime may be required depending on the auction cycle.
Ability to prioritize and adapt processes and authentication strategies to meet changing marketplace trends.
High school diploma or GED.
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$54,000 - $86,000Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
