What You'll Do


As the Cleaning Program Manager, you will lead and manage regional cleaning service programs across a diverse portfolio of facilities—including broadcast studios, Class A office environments, and customer-facing spaces—within a fast-paced operating environment.


You will own end-to-end program excellence, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery through standardized execution, performance management, and continuous improvement. This role partners cross-functionally with operations, production, and client stakeholders to anticipate needs, minimize disruption, and support high-volume, fast-turnaround environments.


Additionally, you will champion customer engagement, proactively resolve issues, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance service quality, efficiency, and overall experience while evolving the program to meet changing business needs.


Key Responsibilities

āœ” Lead and manage regional cleaning operations, ensuring consistent service execution across multiple facility types and locations

āœ” Drive alignment to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and operational KPIs through effective performance management and oversight

āœ” Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors, service teams, and vendor partners to build capability and ensure program consistency

āœ” Serve as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness

āœ” Anticipate evolving operational needs and deliver timely, professional, and high-touch service responses that support seamless operations in fast-paced settings

āœ” Oversee quality assurance through inspections, reporting, and continuous monitoring of service performance

āœ” Manage labor strategies, staffing plans, and budgets to balance service delivery with cost efficiency

āœ” Promote a safe, compliant, and controlled work environment

āœ” Identify and implement cost savings opportunities while evaluating and adjusting service levels to meet evolving business requirements

āœ” Lead issue resolution and customer engagement efforts, using data and insights to drive service improvements and satisfaction

āœ” Establish and refine scalable processes, standard operating procedures, and program enhancements over time

āœ” Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, program development, and continuous improvement efforts

āœ” Support strategic projects and operational programs aligned with business priorities

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • Commercial janitorial services experience in a contracted, client-facing environment
  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of commercial custodial and cleaning operations
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience in movie, production and broadcast studios
  • Experience managing budgets, staffing, and service delivery contracts
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex business environments

The annual salary range for this position is $109000.00 per year-$118000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
