Customer Service Representative - Insurance

Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer

  • $23 – $25 per hour starting pay

  • Additional $1/per hour for English/Spanish bilingual fluency

  • $1,000 hiring bonus for those with an active Property & Casualty License (external candidates only)

  • Paid, in-person training at: 1111 West Alameda Ave, Burbank, CA 91506

  • Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, including every 3rd Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm with a day off during the following week. Training is approximately 17 weeks onsite.

  • Post-training schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:15am-7:00pm, including every 3rd Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm with a day off during the following week. This also includes the opportunity to work from home.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships

  • Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services

  • Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset

  • Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment

  • Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking

  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance


What You’ll Need

  • Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)

  • Spanish fluency is a plus!

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time

  • A flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • Must reside within 30 miles of the training location ( 1111 West Alameda Ave, Burbank, CA 91506)

The starting pay range for this position is $23.00 – $25.00 per hour. Additionally, after completion of training, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
