What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you will:
Build relationships with new and existing clients.
Help individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions that fit their needs.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, agency leads, and outbound outreach.
Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.
Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
Work toward individual and team sales goals.
Manage client relationships using our CRM system.
Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing training.
Who We're Looking For
Sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or other client-facing experience preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Comfortable talking with new people and building lasting relationships.
Coachable and eager to learn.
Organized with strong time management skills.
Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one with our support.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
