Your New RoleĀ

We are seeking aĀ SeniorĀ Product Manager to lead the evolution ofĀ Keystone,Ā anĀ internal production technology platform that serves as the front door to the content supply chain. Keystone supports productions fromĀ initialĀ intakeĀ through final asset delivery, connecting production teams, vendors, QC, localization, and internal distribution systems.Ā

This role sits at the intersection of production, post-production, engineering, and operations. TheĀ SeniorĀ Product Manager willĀ be responsible forĀ defining product strategy, translating real production needs into scalable platform solutions, and ensuring Keystone continues to meet the demands of a rapidly growing portfolio of shows,Ā users, and workflows.Ā

This is not a consumer application role. Keystone is a complex, business-critical platform used daily byĀ both internal and externalĀ teams working under tight schedules and pressure.Ā

Your Role Responsibilities:Ā

Product Strategy & OwnershipĀ

  • Work closely with the team lead to developĀ the product vision and roadmap for Keystone in partnership withĀ Global Content Operations (GCO)Ā leadershipĀ

  • Define and prioritize features that improve production onboarding, vendor collaboration,Ā operationalĀ workflows,Ā and asset deliveryĀ Ā

  • Balance short-term production needs with long-term platform scalability and sustainabilityĀ

  • Design an operations-first user experience that seamlessly lifts terrestrial and manual workflows into cloud-enabled, highly automated solutionsĀ Ā

  • Partner with systems architects to build a future-state, hybrid supply chain that supports both high touch craftsmanship as well as streamlined, machine-driven workflowsĀ Ā Ā

Production Workflow ExpertiseĀ

  • Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end production, post-production, finishing, and distributionĀ workflowsĀ

  • Translate real-world production pain points into clear, actionable product requirementsĀ

  • Ensure Keystone supports howĀ teamsĀ actually operate—not just how systems are designed on paperĀ

  • Understand and evangelize the use of media supply products and orchestration backbonesĀ

  • Educate key stakeholdersĀ on the mechanics of Keystone, SDVI, and MAM architecturesĀ

  • Conduct market analyses and competitive landscape exercises to stay abreast of industry solutionsĀ

Cross-Functional LeadershipĀ

  • Serve as the primary bridge between:Ā

  • Keystone Development team and GCO leadershipĀ

  • Vendors and external partnersĀ

  • Engineering and infrastructure teamsĀ

  • Operations and support teamsĀ

  • Lead stakeholder alignment across multiple brands and production typesĀ

  • Design and build a product team of direct reportsĀ including product and UX specialistsĀ

  • Visit key WBD locations to capture andĀ comprehendĀ workflows from the ground upĀ

  • Attend industry conferences toĀ collect data on potential integration opportunitiesĀ

Requirements & DeliveryĀ

  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and workflow documentationĀ

  • Decompose complex business needs into actionable instructionsĀ

  • Partner closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver featuresĀ

  • Participate inĀ strategic roadmap planning, backlogĀ refinement, andĀ sprintĀ planningĀ

User Experience & AdoptionĀ

  • Advocate for usability in a system used by production staff under constant deadline pressureĀ

  • Collect feedback from vendors and internal usersĀ

  • Drive adoption by ensuring the platform is intuitive, reliable, and aligned with real production needsĀ

  • OptimizeĀ the platform for E2E workflow observability and operational effectivenessĀ

Operational AwarenessĀ

  • Understand how product decisions impact:Ā

  • Internal/external userĀ onboardingĀ

  • Asset movement and storageĀ

  • Transcode,Ā QC, andĀ localization pipelinesĀ

  • Metadata, packaging, and delivery processesĀ

  • Security and content protection requirementsĀ

QualificationsĀ

  • 5+ years of Product Management experienceĀ

  • Experience in mediaĀ &Ā entertainment, production, post-production, or content supply chain workflowsĀ

  • Proven ability to translate complex operational processes into clear product requirementsĀ

  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding system integrationsĀ

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groupsĀ

Preferred ExperienceĀ

  • Asset management, media pipelines, or workflow systemsĀ

  • Vendor ecosystems and external partner integrationsĀ

  • Internal enterprise platforms rather than consumer productsĀ

  • Localization, QC, or content delivery workflowsĀ

  • 10+ years of Product and/or Program Management experienceĀ in the Media & Ent spaceĀ

  • Industry-recognized credentials such as MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, CSM, AWS-CP, CPMĀ
