We are working with a long-standing organization in the entertainment benefits space that is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join its Accounting and Finance team. This position plays a key role in supporting leadership with sophisticated financial insights, forward-looking modeling, and clear data storytelling that informs strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, curiosity, and the ability to translate complex information into compelling, executive-ready narratives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insight Development & Executive Reporting
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations covering operating expenses, capital spending, and workforce planning.
  • Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative information to build comprehensive analyses for major initiatives.
  • Convert analytical findings into clear, cohesive narratives—using visuals, written summaries, and presentations—to connect financial outcomes with broader strategic objectives.
  • Modeling, Forecasting & Scenario Planning
  • Support leadership in preparing the annual budget and annual report.
  • Build dynamic financial models and scenario analyses that serve as inputs for strategy discussions and long-term planning.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to refine assumptions and ensure accuracy of model inputs.
  • Data Structure, Integrity & Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to strengthen data architecture, validation methods, and overall data governance.
  • Recommend enhancements to streamline data collection and improve accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business analysis, or similar roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities; familiarity with planning tools.
  • Experience presenting insights using visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar.
  • Background working cross-functionally with accounting, IT, and operational groups.


Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
