ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Monitor and enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

2. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.

3. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current practices, collecting employee feedback, and suggesting efficiency enhancements.

4. Coordinate and lead HSE training sessions for staff to ensure awareness and understanding of safety protocols.

5. Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports and compliance forms.

6. Collaborate with management to develop safety plans and policies.

7. Maintain ISO 14001 and 50001 certification

8. Act as a liaison between employees and management on safety-related concerns, fostering a culture of open communication and safety-first mentality.

1. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify safety risks in the workplace.

2. Proactive and driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement and high safety

standards.

3. Excellent communication skills to effectively conduct training and present safety

information and improvements to staff and management.

4. Strong problem-solving skills to swiftly address safety concerns and compliance issues.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: (Schooling and/or equivalent experience required)

1. High School diploma or equivalent required.

2. Prior experience in a safety-related role or continuous improvement initiatives is

preferred but not mandatory.

3. Certification in HSE or related field is a plus.

4. Health and Safety training
