We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Dental Support Organization (DSO) led by experienced clinicians and entrepreneurs. With multiple practices across Southern California, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while building a collaborative and growth-oriented clinical culture.

We are seeking a Board-Certified Endodontist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, providing advanced endodontic care in a modern, well-supported environment with strong referral flow from our general dentists.

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a compassionate chairside manner.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Endodontist (required) 
  •  DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school 
  •  Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program 
  •  Active and unrestricted California dental license 
  •  DEA license (or eligibility) 
  •  Current BLS/CPR certification 
  •  Strong clinical proficiency in modern endodontic techniques and technologies 
  •  Excellent communication and case acceptance skills 
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with general dentists and team members 
Responsibilities

  •  Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues 
  •  Perform advanced endodontic procedures including: 
    •  Root canal therapy (anterior, premolar, molar) 
    •  Endodontic retreatment 
    •  Apicoectomy and other surgical endodontic procedures 
  •  Utilize advanced technology such as digital radiography, CBCT imaging, and rotary endodontic systems 
  •  Develop and present treatment plans clearly to patients 
  •  Collaborate with general dentists to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes 
  •  Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation 
  •  Adhere to all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols 
  •  Deliver an exceptional patient experience with a focus on comfort and education
