Your New Role...
The Creative Associate is responsible for leading the clearance process of WB properties assets to help grow the CP business, with a focus on trading cards. Under the supervision of the Creative management, this person will work with several intercompany stakeholders and licensees to oversee all stages of clearance from identifying merchandisable images to supervising required creative and legal modifications to uploads to CP’s Star Labs asset library.

Your Role Accountabilities...
Meet with Category and Licensee business leads to establish product strategy and asset needs
Gather asset information and submit images through internal Monday.com board to seek multiple stakeholder approvals
Conduct a review to confirm the submission aligns with brand and creative standards
Conduct a review to confirm the submission aligns with brand and creative standards
Ensure full completion of the asset Image Approval Form with all known information for each image and submit through Box to DC Creative Affairs, communicating all Legal and Creative notes that must be addressed.
Share image(s) with WBCP Franchise for review and then get approval from WBCP Legal after consulting with Franchise
Coordinate across stakeholders to obtain the high-res asset(s), coordinate with licensees as needed to make any necessary revisions, route final versions to stakeholders for approval, and then prepare for upload into Star Labs
Create a Job Start to upload the image(s) into Star Labs, providing the appropriate metadata details so the asset(s) can be tagged accordingly (WBCP will discuss internally what level of involvement may be needed from the Production team)
Outside of the clearance process, this role will also audit existing Star Labs assets to remove any outdated/problematic materials that don’t align with Franchise strategies
Qualifications & Experience...
3+ years of experience in Licensing industry with background in Toys preferred
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred
Knowledge/Skills
Basic licensing industry knowledge with intellectual curiosity
Ability to take direction and assist Manager in executing strategic and operational plan
Basic understanding of financial forecasts and budgets
Detail oriented self-starter
Strong collaboration and partnership skills
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
Effective written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational/leadership and planning skills required
Strong and varied computer software knowledge required (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to create pitch/presentations

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $51,382.00 - $95,424.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
