Position Overview 

This is an in‑home sales role working directly with homeowners who have requested service. These are warm leads only. No cold calling. 

As a Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners in person, learn about their home and needs, and present solutions for HVAC, electrical, or plumbing projects. Our work is completed by trained technicians and backed by strong warranties and guarantees. 

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys consultative sales, values customer relationships, and wants control over and is highly motivated by their earning potential.

Sales experience is required. Industry‑specific training will be provided. 

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

Compensation and Schedule 

• Full‑time, commission‑based, exempt position 

• 100 percent commission plus bonuses after the training period 

• Business hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

• Flexible scheduling with occasional weekend on‑call work 

• Company vehicle provided 

Responsibilities 

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to gather information and understand their needs 

• Clearly explain options and recommendations 

• Work with office staff to schedule installations 

• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the process 

• Follow up as needed to ensure the work meets expectations 

• Accurately document findings using mobile devices and software 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to be on your feet, kneel, and move throughout the workday 

• Comfortable using ladders and accessing crawl spaces and attics when needed 

Service Area 

This role covers the greater Seattle area, including: 

• Everett and surrounding areas to the north 

• Federal Way and surrounding areas to the south 

• North Bend to the east 

Based out of our Everett and Tukwila locations.
