Requirements

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Service Technician

Run residential service calls (diagnose, repair, and maintain systems)
Present good, better, best options to homeowners
Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
Stay efficient, organized, and customer-focused

What We’re Looking For in an HVAC Service Technician

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable presenting options and selling solutions
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Someone who wants to stay busy and make money
Positive attitude and takes pride in their work
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
