What You'll Do:

Run residential service calls — diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures
Perform water heater service and installation, drain cleaning, and leak repairs
Educate customers on their options and provide honest recommendations
Complete accurate work orders and maintain your service vehicle
Deliver a five-star experience on every call

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of residential service plumbing experience (required)
Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) preferred — we'll support your path to licensing
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills — you represent the brand on every call
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
