NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED STRUCTURAL & 6G WELDERS! ?

LSI Staffing is looking for elite welders to join our team in Alvarado, TX! If you take pride in passing tough weld tests and laying down structural-grade welds that last, we want you on our crew.

? COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $20.00+ per hour (DOE—your skill level matters here!)

• Start Time: 6:00 AM sharp (Reliability is a must!)

• Hours: Approx. 10-hour days | Monday – Saturday.

• Overtime: Sunday work available based on project deadlines.

• Big Checks: Plenty of hours available for those looking for a solid weekly payday!

?? WHAT YOU NEED

• Expertise: Strong experience in Structural Welding and the ability to weld in 6G position.

• Testing: Must be able to pass an on-site weld test.

• Gear: Bring your own welding hood and basic hand tools.

• Professionalism: We’re looking for pros who know their craft and show up ready to perform in a fast-paced production shop.
