More than just tidying up, they play a pivotal role in ensuring that each guest's stay is comfortable and enjoyable by upholding the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that Courtyard by Marriott is known for. Attention to detail, efficiency in time management, and a dedicated work ethic are fundamental attributes for success in this position. Room Attendants are also tasked with collaborating with other hotel departments to promptly address guest needs and requests. Precise hand-eye coordination is needed for handling delicate items and using cleaning equipment effectively. In this role, you will often stand, walk, bend, and reach. You must handle objects with your hands, including repetitive wrist and finger movements. You will need to lift, move, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Good vision is necessary, including close and distant vision, color and peripheral vision, and depth perception.
