As an Manufacturing Engineer Technician focused on wire harnessing, you will be the hands-on bridge between engineering design and flight-ready hardware. You will be directly responsible for building, integrating, and testing the complex electrical arteries of our spacecraft and payload systems. • Install on Hardware: Route and connect harnesses directly onto the spacecraft, cleanly integrating them with avionics, propulsion, and mechanical systems.

  • Test and Verify: Use multimeters, form boards, hipot and other automated testing tools to check your own work, ensuring perfect electrical continuity before the hardware moves down the line.

  • Track Your Work: Use digital work instructions to document any defects, and report quality concerns using our manufacturing softwares.

  • Improve the Process: Work directly with engineers to review work instructions, catch design issues early, and suggest smarter ways to build the product.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and an uncompromising approach to quality control.

  • Willingness to work onsite full-time in Burlingame, CA.

Desired Qualifications

  • Active or prior certifications in IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001 (Space Addendum), or NASA-STD-8739.4.
