Sonic Summary

This position requires interfacing with Engineering, Sales & Marketing teams to generate concepts and proposals for new product development.
Candidates must have a BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electromechanical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience, along with 8-12 years of Electromechanical experience.
Experience with automated test instrumentation and working on HW/SW/EE teams is essential, as well as proficiency in C++/C#/Visual C and programmable logic controllers.
The role involves managing outsourced development teams and may require travel and the ability to work on DOD sensitive projects.
The salary for this position is competitive and includes full benefits, along with some relocation assistance.

In this position you will interface with Engineering, Sales & Marketing teams to generate concepts & proposals for new product development. You will develop requirements for automated test systems and sub-systems from initial estimating and cost projections thru development, test, debugging... all the way to finished product. You will interface with cross functional engineering teams in other Engineering teams. When necessary, you will also manage outsourced development teams.

Requirements

BS/MSDegree in Electrical/Electromechanical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience and 8-12 years of Electromechanical experience. Any experience with automated test instrumentation is a plus. Must have prior experience working on HW/SW/EE teams both large and small and have experience with C++/C#/Visual C, and programmable logic controllers.

Must be a US Citizen/ Green Card holder and be able to work on DOD sensitive projects when necessary.
Must be able to travel when necessary.
