What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping create a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
- Greet customers and assist them with professionalism and care
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
- Take and deliver accurate messages
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Keep the office organized and running efficiently
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Track orders and communicate with vendors
- Follow company processes and support the team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred
- Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience with office equipment (phones, copiers, etc.)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team
