Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is seeking an Assistant Club Director to support the licensed programs at our West View Campus. Working alongside the Club Director, you'll help oversee licensed programs serving toddlers, school-age youth, and soon preschoolers while creating a culture where children, families, and employees thrive.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being present-not managing from behind a desk. You'll help coach employees, support curriculum and program quality, maintain licensing standards, assist with daily operations, and step into classrooms whenever needed. Success comes from being approachable, dependable, and willing to jump in.

Our campus is growing, and we're looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities, adapt when plans change, build strong relationships, and create consistency across programs.
