About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our construction and landscaping team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on concrete experience and is comfortable working as part of a crew on residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing and flatwork
• Assist with forming and preparing concrete surfaces
• Set forms, grades, and elevations as required
• Place, level, screed, and finish concrete
• Assist with preparation, pouring, and cleanup
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements
• Work effectively as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of concrete/construction experience
• Experience working as part of a concrete or construction crew
• Experience with
  framing, forming, concrete finishing, and flatwork
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
• Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
• Reliable transportation is an asset
