Job DetailsJob Location: Bonfiglioli USA - Hebron, KY 41048Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00Job Shift: DayShift:  Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Hourly wage:  $20.00 Overview: The cycle counter will be responsible for performing a rotating count of the entire stock, in many cases multiple times annually, on a day to day basis. He/she will be expected to keep an accurate record both with the hand-written tracking sheet and the electronic SAP system. He/she will also be a key point of reference/contact for identifying and reporting discrepancies so that they can be researched in depth to determine the root cause. This person must be able to ignore distractions and maintain a very focused approach to counting in a fast paced, hectic environment.   Principle Accountabilities: Count the required scheduled area(s) of the warehouse daily Maintain an accurate and legible record of stock counts Help facilitate material flow through the warehouse Identify and report opportunities to consolidate material where appropriate Perform an initial analysis of discrepancies reported through various channels Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly work area in the stocking space available Aid in identifying, labeling, and dispositioning restock and/or unidentified material   Education/Experience/Requirements: Basic reading, writing and math skills HS Diploma Cycle Counting Experience Preferred Experience with counting in an environment with multiple types of components (machined parts, hardware, etc.) Familiarity with or open to learning various type of material handling equipment Meticulous, thorough mentality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Outlook) Prior SAP experience a plus Experience with RF or other scanning equipment a plus Ability to handle and lift 50+ pounds; bending and stretching Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet multiple deadlines Good verbal and written communication skills Adherence to safety regulations within the workplace (Proper material handling, use of PPE, etc.) Ability to work in a team environment Positive attendance and punctuality Qualifications
