Driver Qualification Coordinator – CDL Experience Review & Applicant Routing
Truck Driver Nation is looking for a Driver Qualification Coordinator to review applicant information and help determine the appropriate next step for CDL driver candidates.
This position sits between candidate intake and recruiter placement. The primary responsibility is making sure driver information is organized, understandable, and routed to the correct recruiting opportunity.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review CDL driver applications and submitted information
• Confirm basic license, experience, and employment-history details
• Identify missing information requiring candidate follow-up
• Organize applicant qualification notes
• Route candidates based on experience, location, equipment background, and available opportunities
• Communicate next steps to driver applicants
• Maintain accurate candidate status records
• Coordinate with recruiters when additional information is required
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to review and organize applicant information
• Comfortable working in ATS and recruiting systems
• Ability to manage multiple candidate files
• Transportation, trucking, recruiting, compliance, or administrative experience is helpful
• Familiarity with CDL terminology is valuable
