Mercedes Benz of Burlington, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an Experienced Automotive Technician who is ready to be part of our team. If you can diagnose complex issues and know how to “fix it right” the first time, we've got a bay waiting for you. 

Our Flar Rate Technician Compensation Plan includes: 

• $30-45/hr. base flat rate
• Bi-weekly productivity bonus up to $4.00 more per produced hour
• Annual productivity Bonus 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and rotating Saturdays

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age 
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Our Ideal Candidate will also possess the following skills: 

• Minimum of 3 years automotive experience
• A strong desire to produce quality workmanship and achieve targeted goals
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner 
• Dependable
• Ability to pass pre-employment screens
