Job Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Support the operational design, financial modeling, and implementation of strategic business partnerships with hospitals and health systems.Ā 

  • Contribute to long-term relationship management byĀ monitoringĀ performance,Ā identifyingĀ opportunities for optimization, and ensuring partnershipĀ objectivesĀ are met.Ā 

  • Perform detailed operational and financial data analysis for large healthcare systems toĀ identifyĀ improvement opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving strategies.Ā 

  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations aligned with strategic partnership goals.Ā 

  • Conduct comprehensive operational assessments across laboratory workflows, staffing, equipmentĀ utilization, and productivity.Ā 

  • Develop and present process improvement recommendations that enhance operational performance and support strategicĀ objectives.Ā 

  • LeadĀ MSA (Management ServicesĀ Agreement) implementation efforts as project manager, including creation of project plans, timelines, communication structures, and risk mitigation strategies.Ā 

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—operations, finance, IT, supply chain, and executive leadership—to execute project deliverables and ensure successful transition outcomes.Ā

Minimum Qualifications:Ā 

  • Bachelor's degree in medical technologyĀ 

  • ASCP or equivalentĀ 

  • 5 years clinical lab experienceĀ

  • Project management experienceĀ 

  • Hospital or reference lab experienceĀ

Benefits:Ā Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible toĀ participateĀ in the 401(k) Plan only.
