Full-Time Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated Infant/ Waddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic early childhood professional with a heart for infant care and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting

  • Background check completed and cleared

  • CDA in Infant/Toddler Care is preferred (or in progress)

  • Solid understanding of infant developmental milestones

  • A team player with excellent communication and reliability

  • Passion for providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment

  • Planning engaging activities that promote infant growth and learning

  • Following daily routines that meet infants' physical and emotional needs

  • Communicating openly and positively with families

  • Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
