Allstate Shawn Smith is looking for a driven and motivated Insurance Agent with Leadership responsibilities to join our growing team in Burlington, NC. Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new insurance sales across personal and/or commercial lines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Lead by example in prospecting activities, sales techniques, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Active state insurance license P&C
- Proven track record in insurance sales or a related financial services role
- Prior leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office technology
- High school diploma required
