GroundSystems is seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our Northern Kentucky team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality landscaping services, including mowing, planting, trimming, sod laying, fertilizing, and general groundskeeping tasks using both hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscaping and Groundskeeping
• Pruning and Trimming
• Perennial Bed Maintenance
• Equipment Knowledge and Maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Basic English communication skills required (both spoken and understood)
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and always follow safety protocols
• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team
