Job Description: Burlington Kia, a trusted name in the tri-state area for automotive sales and service, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our growing service department. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and basic inspections. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles run smoothly and safely.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic automotive knowledge and experience preferred, but not required (we provide training)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive service industry
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks on various vehicle makes and models
• Inspect and replace vehicle filters (air, cabin, fuel, etc.)
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and light repairs as required
• Ensure proper documentation of services and repairs performed
• Conduct multi-point inspections and provide reports to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work with a team to ensure timely and efficient service for all customers
• Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures
