Provides computed tomography imaging and diagnostic imaging in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in CQI/PI activities.

Qualifications


Previous experience in medical field and radiology preferred. Graduate from an accredited program in radiologic technology. Registered as a Radiologic Technologist RT(R) (ARRT), registered in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Colorado State CT certification. Current BCLS certification. Through knowledge of radiologic terminology, practices and procedures, physiology and human anatomy. Ability to read and communicate call situations and is expected to be available for on-call and holiday schedule.
