ResponsibilitiesĀ
Lead endātoāend planning, execution, and monitoring of M&Aārelated projects to align with corporate growthĀ objectivesĀ and ensureĀ timelyĀ delivery.Ā
Serve as the liaison between Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external advisors to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.Ā
IdentifyĀ risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership promptly.Ā
Prepare clear, concise dashboards, progress reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and decisions.Ā
Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices andĀ leveragingĀ AIāenabled tools for workflow automation and data analysis.Ā
MaintainĀ accurateĀ documentation of project activities, decisions, and lessons learned to support organizational learning and future transactions.Ā
AssistĀ in postādeal integration planning and execution to ensure operational readiness andĀ synergyĀ realizationĀ
Ā
Minimum QualificationsĀ
3+ years of related experience in Project Management, Corporate Development, or ConsultingĀ
Ā
Preferred QualificationsĀ
Bachelorās degree in business or financeĀ
Ā
Additional Job StandardsĀ
ExperienceĀ utilizingĀ AIāenabled project management tools for overseeing projectĀ delivery processes, including summarizing meetings, actions, and decisions.Ā
Experience using AI tools to clearly communicate project statuses, risks, and areas requiringĀ additionalĀ supportĀ
HighĀ proficiencyĀ in Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Ā
This position is with a highly visible team within the company and therefore requires confident leadership and an entrepreneurial-minded individual comfortable interacting with senior level stakeholdersĀ
Strong organizationalĀ skillsĀ with high attention to detailĀ
Must be highly dependable and highly adaptable.Ā
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.Ā
Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently.Ā
Ability to work effectively in a fastāpaced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.Ā
Ability to understand broader corporate strategy and align projectĀ objectivesĀ with longāterm growth goals.Ā
Skill in influencing and stakeholder engagement to build trust and gain buyāin from senior leaders and crossāfunctional teams.Ā
Ability to guide teams through organizational changes resulting from acquisitions or divestitures.Ā
Competence in managing projects across diverse geographies and adapting to cultural nuances.Ā

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ESTĀ with three ināofficeĀ days andĀ two remote workdays per week.Ā
All job offers will beāÆbased on a candidateās skills andĀ priorĀ relevant experience, applicableāÆdegrees/certifications,āÆas well as internal equity and market data.āÆĀ
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under theĀ LabcorpĀ Bonus Plan.āÆBonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packagesĀ
Benefits:Ā Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible toĀ participateĀ in the 401(k) Plan only.
