Position: Recycler | Full-Time 3rd Shift

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Location: Florence Facility, 2040 Route 130 N, Burlington, NJ 08016

Pay Rate: $24.97 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Recycler to join our team at our Florence facility in Burlington, NJ. This full-time position is responsible for collecting, sorting, and processing recyclable materials while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and recycling equipment, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, sort, and process cardboard and other recyclable materials.
• Break down and clean cardboard for proper recycling and disposal.
• Operate balers, compactors, and other recycling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift to transport recyclable materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the recycling and waste management areas.
• Inspect recycling equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies while operating equipment.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing assigned duties.
• Assist with general housekeeping and other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous recycling, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Must have experience operating a forklift.
• OSHA certification is required.
• Ability to safely operate recycling machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable attendance.

Background Check & Drug Screening:
