What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you'll serve as the clinical leader supporting our residential treatment programs by: Leading medication safety and regulatory compliance Supervising and mentoring AMAP-certified staff Coordinating care with physicians, psychiatrists, therapists, hospitals, and pharmacies Reviewing medication records, physician orders, and health documentation Monitoring psychotropic medications and medical follow-up Providing staff education in medication administration, OSHA, infection prevention, and health care practices Conducting quality assurance reviews and improving clinical processes Supporting licensing, accreditation, and Medicaid compliance efforts Helping ensure every child receives safe, compassionate, high-quality medical care No two days are exactly alike—and every day offers an opportunity to improve the life of a child. QualificationsEDUCATION Possesses a current West Virginia State Registered Nurse License (Ability to supervise AMAP personnel preferred). QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
