Securitas is hiring Retail Security Specialists to help keep our client’s store, employees, and customers safe.

This is a customer-facing position, so we’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with all types of people. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, responding to situations as they come up, and providing good customer service throughout your shift.

Pay: $21.63 per hour

Available shifts:

Monday & Tuesday 6pm-10pm, Thursday & Friday 3pm-11pm
Friday & Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm

Duties:

Monitor the store and surrounding areas for safety and security concerns
Walk the property and perform regular patrols
Greet and assist customers and employees when needed
Respond to incidents and emergencies
Help prevent theft and other security issues
Monitor entrances and exits
Write clear and accurate incident reports
Communicate with store management and Securitas leadership
Follow all site procedures and post orders

Requirements:

At least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Comfortable standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Professional, reliable, and dependable
Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements before your start date
