Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN basis in Burlington, NC within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.

Position Overview

The Speech Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy team members

Requirements


  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility)
